


My journey into veganism began over eight years ago, sparked by a desire to live more consciously and care for my health through the foods I eat. As I embraced a plant-based lifestyle, I quickly discovered the powerful connection between nourishment and wellbeing - how whole, vibrant foods could restore energy, sharpen focus, and uplift the body from within. Alongside this transformation, my lifelong love for cooking evolved into a purpose: to create food that not only tastes incredible but also supports better living.
This passion gave birth to NinesKitchen, a plant-based catering service that blends bold flavours from the Caribbean, fresh ingredients, and a deep respect for wellness. Whether I’m designing a menu for a corporate lunch, curating a tasting for a private event, or delivering custom meals for special occasions like birthdays and celebrations, my goal is always the same: to offer food that delights the palate and supports the body.
NinesKitchen is about creating meaningful moments, supporting a healthier lifestyle, and proving that plant-based cuisine can be just as indulgent, exciting, and satisfying as any other.
